Proper training and continuous professional development are key elements in improving employee qualification and career opportunities in tourism and in strengthening the competitiveness of tourism businesses. In addition to technical knowledge, professional training, particularly in the tourism sector, involves the development of the so-called soft skills, such as teamwork capability and intercultural communication.

 

mas|contour offers lectures as well as one to several-day seminars, workshops and training courses on various topics in the field of tourism. To us, linking theory and practice, interactive integration of the participants and the strengthening of soft skills are the key components of training and professional development activities.
