TOURISM MARKETING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

 

 

Tourism marketing is often used synonymously with promotional activities. However, the term encompasses much more, in that it denotes the combination of product, price, distribution and communication policies (marketing mix). Marketing is a strategic activity that requires the integration of all of the four elements of the marketing mix, in order to successfully place and sell tourism products on the market.

 

mas|contour provides consulting services and support to tourism businesses and destinations in the development of marketable products. We conduct case analyses to determine whether destinations should consider theme or target group marketing strategies, with our intention being to place new themes and target groups.
