  • Target group needs analysis and market analysis of existing canoe tourism environmental education offers
  • Development of canoeing nature experience and environmental education offers in close cooperation between canoeing providers and nature conservation experts as well as representatives of youth (education) work in three model regions
  • Trial phase of the developed offers with children and youth groups
  • Success monitoring by interviewing the participating children and adolescents and adapting the offerings
  • Creation of an action guideline (including best-practice examples from the model regions)
  • Presentation of the results
  • Measures to market the offers
