Services

  • Review of and feedback on the Tour Operation Risk Assessment Matrix (TORAM)
  • Providing expert advice and feedback on the COVID-19 guidelines/regulations developed by the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities (MoTA) for the tourism sector incl. comparison with the COVID-19 minimum standards and regulations developed for the Israeli and Jordanian tourism sector
  • Development of an evaluation scheme/creation of decision criteria for value chains/ tourism projects to be supported
  • Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for post-COVID-19 tourism operation in the Palestinian territories regarding occupational safety and health (OSH) and travellers’ health protection along the tourism supply chain (e.g. transport, tour operators, tour guides, souvenir shops, street vendors, tourist sites)
  • Conceptual consulting for the development of COVID-19 information posters on essential rules of behaviour and hygiene for tourists
