• Designing a pilot approach to set up a regional DMO in close consultations with the relevant stakeholders
• Elaboration of an inception report specifying in detail a DMO pilot project design for Vlora and Shkodra (roadmap with tasks and work activities, methodology and instruments, a timeline of activities incl. milestones for the delivery of specific outputs, as well as an approach towards monitoring the implementation of the pilots)
• Implementation of the DMO roadmap with the core group of stakeholders taking responsibility for the DMO (continuous stakeholder consultation and involvement) in Vlora and Shkodra
• Working Group sessions to design eco-standards for CBT providers
• Implementation of a capacity building programme for local stakeholders on the establishment of a DMO
• Assisting a local NGO in their implementation of a DMO pilot in Diber through coaching and information exchange
• Organisation of three regional knowledge exchange trips and an international study trip in Eastern Europe for stakeholders of Albanian DMOs
• Facilitating the participation of the three regions in the ITB Berlin
• Organisation of a national workshop on DMO establishment
