  • Development of a new website for Malawi’s tourism industry in response to the COVID-19 crisis
  • Developing standard operating procedures to prepare tourism providers along the supply chain for the post COVID-19 period and to strengthen customer confidence
  • Support the Department of Tourism with an action plan for strengthening domestic and regional tourism to revitalise tourism after COVID-19
  • Development and implementation of digital, video-supported COVID-19 training workshops for tourism companies
